02. Scope of Services

Ayka Engitech provides specialized engineering solutions, including Solar layout designs, GPS solutions, EMS (Energy Management Systems), and Defense equipment. All service specifications and timelines are subject to individual project contracts.

03. Engineering & Designs

As a leader in innovation, all blueprints, technical drawings, software logic for EMS (Energy Management Systems), and proprietary manufacturing processes displayed or referenced remain the exclusive intellectual property of AYKA Engitech.

Unauthorized reproduction of our engineering designs or technical documentation for commercial use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Indian Patent and Copyright laws.

04. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure gateways. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect payment details entered by the user. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

05. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

06. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to refine these terms as our technology and service sectors evolve. Continued use of our platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised framework.
