AYKA Engitech provides specialized engineering, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning solutions across heavy industrial sectors. All technical specifications, load calculations, and lead times displayed online serve as preliminary engineering guidance.

Final project execution is strictly subject to site-specific technical audits, detailed structural feasibility assessments, and formal Master Service Agreements (MSAs) signed by authorized corporate signatories.

CLAUSE 03 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual Property & Proprietary Schematics

Exclusive ownership and strict statutory protections governing AYKA CAD drawings, firmware algorithms, and fabrication blueprints.

All technical assets displayed, transmitted, or generated by AYKA Engitech—including CAD blueprints, structural foundation calculations, embedded firmware for EMS SCADA controllers, PCB layouts, and proprietary manufacturing workflows—remain the exclusive intellectual property of AYKA Engitech Private Limited.

Our engineering designs and technical innovations are protected under the Indian Patents Act, 1970, and the Copyright Act, 1957, as well as applicable international intellectual property treaties.

CLAUSE 04 // COMMERCIAL

Commercial Milestones, Invoicing & Payment Gateways

Structured industrial milestone billing, statutory GST tax invoices, and secure multi-channel payment compliance.

Commercial engagements and procurement contracts follow structured industrial milestone schedules. All quotations and proforma invoices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated.

Payments may be remitted via secure payment gateways (including Razorpay integrations for digital services) or corporate banking channels (RTGS, NEFT, Letter of Credit).

Our environmental operations align with ISO 14001 principles, prioritizing responsible industrial waste segregation, non-toxic surface treatment processes, and energy-efficient manufacturing.

CLAUSE 07 // LEGAL

Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Legal Jurisdiction

Multi-tier dispute escalation framework, sole arbitration in Kolkata, and exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Calcutta.

These Terms & Conditions and all commercial contracts executed by AYKA Engitech Private Limited shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

To ensure efficient commercial resolution, any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with our operations shall follow a structured, multi-tier escalation procedure.

  • 02. Formal Conciliation: Structured technical mediation by mutually appointed engineering experts.
