05. Refund, Cancellation, and Shipping
Cancellations: Requests for project cancellation must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the initial agreement. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
Refunds: Service refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping: As AYKA Engitech provides engineering consultancy and digital solutions, no physical shipping is required. Deliverables are shared via secure digital transfer.
